1. Payment: Complete checkout on our site. We will prepare final drawings for your approval. Production starts only after your confirmation.
2. Lead Time: 30–40 working days after drawing approval. Chinese public holidays are excluded.
3. Quality: Parts will be made per approved drawings. Free remake for our manufacturing defects.
4. Refund: Full refund only before drawing confirmation if we cannot proceed. No refund after drawing approval & production starts, except for our production quality issues.
5. 3D renderings are reference only. Minor small structural tweaks may be needed during machining. Load-bearing test can only be done on finished parts.
6. Buyer is responsible for destination customs duties and import fees.
7. We will send production progress photos/videos and pre-shipment inspection.
